Marchand Homes was established in 2016 as an opportunity for our family to work together building quality, new homes for families in the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) and surrounding area including developments in areas such as Truro, Bridgewater and other areas in Nova Scotia.
With combined experience of over 100 years, our team has become an industry leader, winning multiple awards including two 2018 Most Outstanding Homes, and two 2024 Marketing Initiative awards for our annual “Building a Healthy Mind” mental health fundraiser initiative.
